My friend went to NRO this summer, and brought back recordings of what they played. I was able to listen to a few of them while I was visiting my friend, and I have to say that the tuba player sounded incredible on everything I heard. I especially thought he did an outstanding job on Mahler 5. If I remember correctly, I believe this tubist's name was Dan Peck. I hope I got that right.
