This event is organized and directed by Marty Meidl, owner of the Music Mart of Lamberton/Mankato Minnesota. This event has been going on for many years now as part of the HeritageFest in New Ulm, MN The event draws quite a few tubists/euphoniumists from around the southern half of the state (I have seen up to a 100 in attendance). Always a good time, and as noted in the movie clip, one of the major sponsors of HeritageFest is Schell's Beer.
