Dress lightly. Unless they've installed air conditioning in the Rodehal in Kerkrade, you'll sweat onstage profusely even if you're not the least bit nervous.

Check out NABRA by David Walters. Very high-energy, rhythmic work that was on the Lyon competition list last spring.
