621 Mute?

Anyone have a suggestion for a good straight mute that will fit the Yamaha 621 f tuba?

I have actually used the LARGE H&B aluminum mute with my 621 CC tuba, and it worked just fine!

Try the R&S Small tuba mute. I developed these when I owned a 621S F tuba and it allows the same color changes that trumpet players get with a mute. When you lean on it the sound can go bright with some edge to it and otherwise it gives a pretty sweet sound at normal dynamic levels. When I first tried it I was amazed. Give it a try.
