HB-2 question

When looking at HB2's on the internet I notice that the 5th valve is thumb operated with your right hand. Well the other night I saw a HB2 at a concert where the 5th valve was operated by the left hand. Are they made both ways??

That comes as a surprise to me.

I've never seen an HB-2 with a left hand 5th valve!

Any chance it was a LH-operated trigger for tuning?
