I've wasted lots of time during the Holiday Season trying to incorporate Ajax into the javascript that's behind my Ruddy-Miner's web interface. My thinking is that the tuba can pre-load all of the pitches and fingerings needed for that gig during warm-up. That way they would be available instantaneously during what should be a stellar performance. Instead, now every time I start into a more technically challenging passage the *^%^%$#$ tuba jolts me with a strong electrical shock. The resulting muscle tetany causes me to toss the tuba across the room involuntarily. What was a still new-looking Ruddy-Miner is now beat to he!!, and I'm not a happy tooter either. If you're lipping pitches at all, you'll want the 187 Floating Pitch Unit to go with it -- it speeds things up like you wouldn't believe!
