I believe that this was Jay Bertolet's 6/4 CC for several years with the Florida Philharmonic, and although he sold it, I suspect that it is a fine tuba worthy of the consideration of those looking for CC of the 6/4 persuasion.

I do not doubt that it is a fine horn and quite possibly one of the better/best ones out there. I was only saying 'starter horn' because the original poster seemed pretty set on a specific horn. If I had the money, I would have bought this horn myself because it sounds like just the horn I have been wishing for.
