If things get bad, put out a call on TubeNet. 3,840 Tubists full of beer should equal about 1 3000 gallon water tanker. And they are re-fillable. Probably have to feed them something though.

I have lived in or visted Borger off and on for more than 50 years. Until they built the Lake Meredith Dam, I had never even seen water in the Canadian River!
