That would be a bowl of scrambled eggs (4 x-tra large) mixed in with one hamburger's worth of cold ground beef (that was cooked early and store in the refridgerator) with some nice OJ (extra pulp, of course) on the side. That was my dinner last night, and it was quite refreshing.
The eggs come out the way I want (consistency and texture) when I added the liquid immediately after turn on the heat in the pan (after lubing it up). It takes longer, but I enjoy the results.

Still waiting on the estimates from my truck accident last week. Some young kid thought he could beat the red and hit me at about 85 mph in the passenger side. I have been in bed for a week
